Mr. Ram Bharose is holding a news conference on the current events happened in Mumbai

--------------------------------

Reporter: The terrorist said that they were shown the tape of how poorly the Muslims in India were treated. Is this true, do you guys really treat the Muslims poorly?
Mr. Ram Bharose: This is not true, we don’t treat Muslims poorly, we treat everyone poorly! As you know, India does not discriminate.

Reporter: What are you going to do about it?
Mr. Ram Bharose: Nothing. Indians want to be treated poorly. Britishers were treating us poorly, so we let them stay for 150 years, but when they left, we were lost, so someone came up with a brilliant idea of treating each other poorly and that’s what we are doing now. You see, we believe in self- dependence!

Reporter: What do you mean?
Mr. Ram Bharose: You don’t believe me? Look at this front page news from Times of India. There is a terror attack in Mumbai and the guy below is looking at the news and smiling. Why do you think that is?

You want another example, here’s a video of a person who has just got hit by a bullet, Video of a man getting shot. He is in total state of panic, shouting, running around looking for help, and this video man, instead of helping him, is taking his hand to get a good shot! Did you hear anyone raising objections to his behavior? I can assure you, no one must have noticed such uncompassionate behavior!

You want other examples? Just read up the history of the great Thackeray family. They have dedicated their whole lives in ensuring that we remain miserable. As soon as the outside people stop troubling us, they start. Even now, they must be busy plotting on how to harass us – how, when and where to start the next riots in Mumbai. May god bless them and give them long life.

Reporter: Yeah, but don’t they always target Muslims?
Mr. Ram Bharose: That is a ploy. You see they know that once they target Muslims, Muslims are going to retaliate and target Hindus and eventually every one starts targeting everyone else. So in the end, everyone in India gets harassed!

Reporter: But Muslims in India don’t want to get troubled?
Mr. Ram Bharose: If anyone who does not like getting troubled by a fellow Indian, then he/she is not an Indian, and if you are not an Indian, then what are you doing in India!! Such people should leave India and take refuge somewhere else.

Reporter: Is this a message to the Muslims residing in India?
Mr. Ram Bharose: This is a message to all Indians. As I mentioned earlier, we don’t discriminate!

Reporter: There are 195 dead, so many wounded, India’s bravest and brightest got killed, so much destruction, do you think there was a Intelligence failure?
Mr. Ram Bharose: Of course not, such small incidents happen in big cities. Anyway, they (terrorists) came to kill 5,000 people but only 195 people got killed, big deal!

Reporter: But Mumbai got attacked on your watch…
Mr. Ram Bharose: Dekhiye, aisa hai ki, a city’s importance is measured by the number of terror attacks and the severity of the attacks. All the other cities in India were getting attacked and we were wondering what is going on, is Mumbai not important any more? Honestly, we were feeling a bit left out. I was thinking of putting in my resignation and was just about to contact Modi for a job, but then I heard about these attacks. These attacks have reclaimed the status of Mumbai as being the most important city in the world now, they are comparing these attacks to the attacks in New York, even though, I think the March attacks in 1993 were more severe. People of Mumbai can now go back to feeling proud of being a Mumbaikar and start looking down upon the rest of the people of India.

Reporter: So, what’s next?
Mr. Ram Bharose: Internal finger pointing and blaming Pakistan!
